YMCA Personal Training
The YMCA's personal training is for individuals 16-100 who are at any fitness level. Whether you are looking to improve Cardiovascular endurance, increase strength and flexibility, weight loss or improve overall wellness. Personal training will help you to achieve these goals, by helping you develop a plan that is right for you, setting realistic goals, and by keeping you motivated the entire time. Your personal training also includes a body mass and body fat analysis.
The Program,
At the YMCA we are dedicated to helping others achieve their goals. Your personal trainer will be there every step of the way. When you are finished with your training you will have the knowledge and skills to help you stay on the road to health and fitness.
