Get ready for a workout like nothing you've ever done before! Outdoor venues, with unlimited exercise possibilities, means the class will be different ever time! Using your body weight and the surrounding environment, you will work muscles in your upper and lower body while your heart will be pumping for a great cardio workout! It is recommended that each person bring the following with them to class: a mat, water, sunscreen, and bug spray. This class will be offered ONLY for the FALL I SESSION.

Join us for a results-driven strength training workout utilizing an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight to blast your muscles. Strength Train Together combines traditional strength exercises with the hottest functional training moves to make you fitter and stronger. This workout combines squats, lunges, presses and curls with funcitonal integrated exercies. High-rep training, athletic movements, and a periodized training approach are key components of this results-driven workout. Add to this dynamic and motivational music and it simple is the most fun you'll have strength training with a group! Exercises are adapted for ALL fitness levels. Space is limited to equipment availability.

Handheld weights and a variety of other fitness equipment will be used to tone and firm the entire body. This class will focus on major muscle groups such as the arms, back, chest, legs, butt, and abdominals. Specific focus wlll be on scultping and building lean muscle. Exercises are adapted for all fitness levels.

This high energy workout will include matial art techniques and fast paced cardio! You will build stamina, improve your coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you kick and punch your way through this 50 minute class! Exercises are adapted for all fitness levels.
Variety is the main focus of this fast-paced 45 minute fitness class. Build endurance, increase muscle strength, and improve your cardiovascular health through the use of resistance bands, weights, and other fitness equipment. Music and choreography, along with our certified staff, will get you into shape and feeling great!

This workout is effective becayse it covers makor fitness components like cardio, endurance, muscle tonight, and strength, all of which contribute to improved health and fitness. This beginner level exercise class is big on results and easy on your body! A low-intensity, low-impact approach allows for aerobic conditioning with an emphasis on strength and flexibility. It's all about finding that balance between heart and muscle strength for a total body workout every class! Exercises are adapted for all fitness levels.

This class will improve your flexibility and range of motion. Using a combination of functional stretches and yoga adaptations, you will find yourself reaching further and breathing deeper. Incorporating stretching into your routine will re-energize your muscles and have you feeling refreshed ad ready for the rest of y our day!

This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relatations to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system. It is appropriate for those new to yoga as well as those with plenty of yoga experience - options and modifications are always offered. Each class starts with a flowing series to warm up the spine and heat up the body, followed by a series of held postures to build strngth, stability, and stamina.

A super fun, energy packed, dance party that will have you movin' and groovin' to Latin and internationa rhythms! Get lost in the musci, move your feet to the beat and dance your way into shape! It's all about muscle toning, cardio burning, and endurance!

Combines low impact aerobics with the use of handheld weight, bands and a ball, to improve cardiovasular and muscular endruance. A chair is used for standing support, stretching, and relaxation exercises. The majority of this class is performed standing, therefore, it is only recommended for those who are able to stand for the

This is a basic class for any older adult who would ike to improve their muscular strength, range of motion, and activities for daily living. A chari is used for both sitting and standing support. The use of handheld wights, band and a ball allow for resistane training and muscle toning. There's also a focus on balance and flexibility in this class. Exercises are adapted for all fitness levels.
